Where the Ohio Court of Claims dismisses a county child support enforcement agency and substitutes for it the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, altering the case caption to reflect a proper state agency as the defendant, it is error to dismiss the complaint for subject-matter jurisdiction under Civ.R. 12(B)(1) for having sued a county agency.
