<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Case-made — Settlement after Expiration of Term of Judge. When the term of Office of the trial judge expires before the time set for serviug a case and suggesting amendments, no time being otherwise fixed within which it is to be settled, jurisdiction to settle the case is preserved, .but only until the expiration of the time for suggesting amendments!</p>
