Syllabus
<p>1. Replevin by Mississippi statutes. — In tbis state, tbe action of replevin extends to any wrongful taking or wrongful detention of personal property; and tbe spirit of tbe statutes intends that tbe remedy by tbis action shall be complete in providing for tbe recovery of the property and also compensation for the injury.</p> <p>2. Same — measure of damages — practice.—When consequential damages are claimed, which do not necessarily and naturally result from.-the tortious act, they must be specially alleged.</p>
