Syllabus

<p>A verification that a “complaint is tone of his [plaintiff’s] own knowledge except as to those matters which are therein stated on his information or belief, and as to those matters he believes it to be true,” is insufficient and should be disregarded where the complaint fails to designate what matters are stated on information and belief and what on personal knowledge.</p>
