Syllabus

<p>Appeal—Decisions Appealable—Granting New Trial. An order, vacating a judgment against minors ior fraud in procuring it, and allowing the guardian to substitute his complaint for the original complaint in the action, and providing for further proceedings therein according to law, is appealable as an order affecting a substantial right which grants a new trial, within Rem. & Bal. Code, § 1716, subd. 6.</p>
