<p>Municipal lien — Sewer claim — Adjacent but not abutting lot.</p> <p>A municipal claim for construction of a sewer cannot be maintained against a lot not abutting upon the street where the sewer is laid, but abutting upon another street on which a sewer may at any time be laid.</p>
