<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Forcible Entry and Detainer — Right of Appeal. Under the provisions of our statute a defendant in an action of forcible entry and detainer, or forcible detainer, tried to a jury before a justice of the peace, has the right of appeal to the district court regardless of the amount involved.</p>
