<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>The plaintiff as lessee of the city of New Orleans, having contracted to build upon two vacaut and unimproved lots of ground, certain specified buildings thereon, as a part of the consideration of the lease, in addition to money-rent, the buildings to revert to the lessee on the termination of the lease at the expiration of twenty years, said buildings and improvements are subject to taxation in the meantime^</p>
