<p>CONTRACT — SALE OB -TIMBER — CONSTRUCTION.</p> <p>1. Where parties have agreed that timber sold should be measured by the Doyle rule, the agreement will be enforced, without regard to customary deviations from a rule which, on account of its fairness, has been adopted by the Legislature of this state.
