<p>The right of review of the official acts of the Commissioner of the Land Office ■ conferred upon the Secretary of the Interior by general laws extends to acts of the Commissioner under the act of March 5, 1873,17 Stat. 87, directing him to receive and examine selections of swamp lands in Iowa, and allow or disallow the same.</p> <p>The facts in this case do not estop the defendant in error from objecting to the list of swamp jands in Buena Vista County, which was filed by the agent of the county in the office of the Surveyor-General in Iowa in accordance .with provisions of a law of that State.</p>
