Syllabus

The trial court did not err in finding that former employees of a medical practice were subject to one-year, non-renewable employment contracts, and the restrictive covenants were not enforceable against the former employees. The trial court did not err in finding that the former employees did not misappropriate trade secrets. Judgment affirmed.
