<p>Beneficial associations — Notice of assessments.</p> <p>Where a member of a beneficial association becomes insane, or otherwise incapacitated, the beneficiary named in his certificate acquires such a right in the membership as will entitle him to keep it up by the payment of assessments, and if he notifies the association of the incapacity of the member and requests that notice of assessments shall be sent to himself, and no notice be given to him, the association cannot forfeit the membership for nonpayment of an assessment.</p>
