<p>Contract — Eviolence— Question for jury.</p> <p>The Supreme Court will not reverse a judgment on a verdict for the defendant in an action for a breach of an alleged contract to deliver stock of a corporation, where the evidence for the defendant, although contradicted, tended to show that the money paid to him was not for stock, but was paid as a bonus in consideration of his agreeing to sell to the plaintiff other stock which he controlled.</p>
