Acts of De Facto Officers Valid.</p> <p>The acts of a de facto officer acting under a law, which at the time had not been declared unconstitutional, are valid.</p> <p>2. Power of Municipalities to Raze Dangerous Buildings.</p> <p>The state in the exercise of its police power may delegate to municipalities the right to raze buildings which become dangerous to life or property.</p>
