<p>CORPORATIONS. Evidence of contract with president insufficient to show contract of sale hy corporation, in ahsense of showing that he contracted for it.</p> <p>In a suit against a corporation upon a contract of sale, tbe evidence must show with reasonable certainty that the contract was made with the corporation. Showing a contract with the president of the corporation is not enough. There must be some evidence tending to prove that the president of the corporation was contracting for the corporation.</p>
