<p>Pleadings — Negligence—Nonsuit.—An allegation of damages to plaintiff’s property from negligence of defendant in keeping in repair a bridge across its track, is not sustained by proof of damages to the property by an engine on its tracks, and nonsuit was proper; Mr. Justice Jones dissents.</p>
