<p>Setting Asede Sale — Intent to Defbaud Cbeditoes — Section 5558 OF THE Revised Statutes Constkued. — 1To set aside a sale by a decedent, under the provisions of section 5558 of the Revised Statutes of Idaho, it must be shown that such sale was made with intent to defraud creditors, and where the existence of such intent is disclaimed by the plaintiff the sale will not be disturbed.</p> <p>Same. — Section 3019 of the Revised Statutes has no application to sales, of real property.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the court.)</p>
