<p>Syllabus.</p> <p>A homestead claim filed during the existence oí the community to land in possession of, and cultivated by, the community, during five years .(proper application having been filed and final proof made), is property of the community, although the final receipt was issued after the dissolution of the community by the death of the wife.</p>
