Syllabus
<p>1. The mortgage of a limited partnership, organized in apparent compliance with the provisions of the act of June 2, 1874, P. L. 271, and its supplements, is a valid lien on the partnership property mortgaged,* notwithstanding defects in the recorded statement, and a neglect of statutory requirements in the management of the association.</p>
