Trial court committed reversible error when it granted appellee's Civ.R. 12(B) motion to dismiss appellant's malpractice complaint based on political subdivision immunity without allowing appellant the time permitted under Civ.R. 15(A) to amend his complaint to invoke on of the exceptions to immunity in R.C. 2744.03(A)(6). Judgment reversed.
