Syllabus

<p>CONTRACT OP EMPLOYMENT—BREACH—DAMAGES.</p> <p>1. In this case, a contract of employment having been terminated by reason of ill feeling between the parties, with fault on both sides, the conclusion reached by the court is that the employe should be allowed the amount actually earned by him, and that the demands of both parties for damages should be rejected.</p> <p>(Syllabus by the Court.)</p>
