Appellant Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) challenges a district court order reversing a DHS decision that real property held in a trust was subject to a lien under Minn. Stat. § 265B.15 (2022) for the amount of medical assistance (MA) provided to decedent Margaret Schubert during her lifetime. Because the agency correctly determined the real property was subject to a lien, we reverse the district court.
