Forfeiture of appellant's vehicle pursuant to R.C. 4511.19(G)(1)(c)(v) was not an unconstitutionally excessive fine in violation of the Eighth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution or Article I, Section 9 of the Ohio Constitution. Neither was it unconstitutional, either on its face or as applied to appellant, under either the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment or Article I, Section 2 of the Ohio Constitution.
