Mayor’s right to vote.</p> <p>The mayor of a municipality is not a member of the board of aider-men, and, under Code 1892, § 2978, providing for the election of in- ■ ferior municipal officers, has no right to vote unless there be a tie in the votes of the aldermen.</p>
