<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>Highways — Obstruction—Injunction by Private Oitieen — Must Show Special Damage. One who has occasion to pass over a highway more frequently than others does not sustain special damage peculiar to himself beyond that of the general public which would entitle him to relief by injunction.</p>
