<p>Divorce — Cruel and barbarous treatment — Indignities — Con-donation.</p> <p>In an action for divorce on tbe grounds of cruel and barbarous treatment and indignities to tbe person, a reconciliation does not bave tbe effect of a condonation, in tbe sense of cancelling tbe existence of facts well known to botb parties. Tbe alleged con-donation is only one of many items to be’considered in making tbe final decree.</p>
