<p>Juey. Exclusion from jury of conscientious objectors to capital punishment. Statutes.</p> <p>In a prosecution for murder it is proper for the court to exclude from the jury persons who state that they hare conscientious scruples against the infliction of capital punishment, since sections 1229 and 1512, Code 1906, providing the method of fixing the punishment in such cases, do not deal with and have no bearing on the Qualifications of jurors.</p>
