<p>The statute of limitations of Nebraska, .of four years, as to an action for relief._pn the ground of fraud, and the doctrine of laches, apply to a suit fjy a county in Nebraska, brought in the Circuit Court of the United States for the District of Nebraska, to set aside a decree of the same court for fraud.</p> <p>Pacts stated which supported the defences of the statute of limitations and of laches.</p>
