01/02/2025 In a hospital's appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeals affirming verdict for the plaintiff in a medical malpractice case, no reversible error is found in disposition of issues involving interpretation of the Dead Man's Statute; upholding the circuit court's refusal to grant a jury instruction that addressed multiple causes; affirming the circuit court's refusal to permit the defendant to employ a hospital stretcher as a demonstrative exhibit at trial, or in denying the hospital's motion to strike. The judgment of the Court of Appeals is affirmed.
