L. 91$ —Construction.</p> <p>A writ of alternative mandamus to enable a taxpayer to obtain access to the minutes and account books of the supervisors of a township of the second class is, under the Act of June 14, 1911, P. L. 942, providing for the regulation and management of roads in townships of the second class, properly directed to the board and its individual members and not to the secretary of the board.</p>
