Syllabus
Appellant failed to file objections to the magistrate's decision in the trial court, thereby waiving all but plain error on appeal. Appellant's brief failed to address the plain error standard or argue that plain error occurred. Appellant also failed to file a transcript of the proceedings; therefore, the appellate court was required to presume the regularity of proceedings in the trial court. Trial court decision adopting magistrate's decision denying motion for contempt affirmed.
