<p>APPEAL — INSTRUCTIONS — HARMLESS ERROR.</p> <p>The improper use of the word “not” in an instruction, evidently unintentional, will not be regarded as misleading to the jury, when its use is connected with the statement of facts over which there is no controversy.</p>
