Syllabus

<p>Judgment — Opening judgment — Payment—Evidence—Husband and wife.</p> <p>A judgment entered on a note given by a married woman for a half interest in a stable, will not be opened on the uncorroborated testimony of the defendant’s husband that he had made monthly payments to the plaintiff on account of the note, where the plaintiff denies that such payments were made on the note, but avers that they were made by the husband as rental for the other half interest in the stable leased to him by the plaintiff.</p>
