Syllabus

<p>Appeal.—Upon an appeal to the Supreme Court from an order denying a new trial, the appellant must furnish the Supreme Court with a copy of the papers used on the hearing of the motion for new trial in the Court below, and if he fail to do so, the appeal will, on motion, be dismissed.</p>
