<p>1. Easements. Way Toy prescription.</p> <p>Although an easement cannot he maintained by the public by adverse user, unless the public as such had exercised the right in the regular way, through the lawfully constituted authorities, yet an individual may acquire an easement of way by adverse user, though at the same time the public used the way.</p> <p>2. Easements. Ways. Erection of gates.</p> <p>Where the erection of gates across a right of way will not unreasonably interfere with the enjoyment of the easement, the owner of the servient estate is justified in erectingi such gates.</p>
