<p>Boabd oa? Sotebvisobs. Stock Um. Oode 1906, section 2235.</p> <p>Under Oode 1906, section 2235, so providing, the board of supervisors-of a county is without power to repeal, modify or amend an order made by it creating a stock law district until after five years have expired from the date thereof, and then only upon a like petition or vote as is required for the creation of such district.</p>
