Syllabus

<p>Eminent Domain. Laius of 1884, p. 166. Mortgagee.</p> <p>Whether a mortgagee be, or be not, a proper party to a condemnation proceeding-, a payment by the levee board, with full knowledge of the mortgage, to the mortgagor of the damages awarded, will not, under laws 1884, p. 166, preclude a suit therefor by the mortgagee.</p>
