<p>Carriers—Passengers—Termination of Relation—Master and Servant—Tort of Servant. A street railway, company is liable for an assault committed by a conductor upon a passenger who, being entitled tó a transfer, bad stepped from tbe car to tbe street, as commanded to do by the conductor, and was requesting tbe con.ductor for tbe transfer at tbe time of tbe assault; as he bad not been carried to bis destination and tbe relation of carrier and passenger bad not terminated.</p>
