<p>Where the charge of the court gives a correct exposition of the law governing damages, it is not error for the judge to remark that he could not do better than by merely referring to the argument of counsel for plaintiff, as indicating the true rule. '</p> <p>A contractor cannot escape liability for his own negligence by interposing the orders of an architect.</p>
