Syllabus
<p>1. Partnership creditors, after exhausting partnership assets, are entitled, as to any balance remaining due, to share equally' and ratably with the individual creditors in the .individual assets.</p> <p>2; An assignment for the benefit of creditors which directs that individual assets shall first bo paid to the individual creditors, and that partnership creditors shall receive out of such assets only the surplus remaining after such payment, gives to the individual creditors a preference not allowed by law, and is therefore void.</p>
