Syllabus

<p>1. Injunction — Adequate jxemedy at Law — Condemnation Proceedings.</p> <p>An injunction will not be granted to restrain proceedings by a railroad company to condemn land for right of way in Washington on the ground that it is not for a public use, since, under the statutes of the state, as construed by its Supreme Court, that question may be litigated in the condemnation proceedings.</p>
