<p>Liquor law — Distiller’s license — Refusal of license — Discretion of court.</p> <p>The refusal to grant a distiller’s license “after hearing and due consideration,” will not be reversed by the appellate court, where there is nothing to show that the license was refused arbitrarily, and for no legal reason.</p>
