Syllabus
<p>Landlord and tenant — Repairs—Principal and surety.</p> <p>Where a tenant has removed from the leased premises because of the landlord’s failure to perform his covenants to keep the building in good repair, the sureties of the tenant have a right to defend against payment of rent accruing after the tenant’s removal.</p>
