<p>SYLLABUS BY THE COURT.</p> <p>1. In the appellate court the burden rests upon the appellant to show that a finding of fact made by the trial court is not supported by the evidence. P. 412</p> <p>2. Evidence reviewed, and held to warrant the finding of the trial court to the effect that the tax upon which a tax deed was issued had been paid. P. 418</p> <p>3. Objections not made in the court below to the admissibility of evidence will not be considered on appeal. P. 414</p>
