REPORTED OPINION AND ORDER: Plaintiff&039;s [30] Motion, construed as either a Motion for Reconsideration or a Motion for Leave to File a Second Amended Complaint, is DENIED. The Court ORDERS the parties to hold at least one settlement conference on or before February 26, 2026. The parties SHALL file a Joint Status Report on the status of their settlement negotiations by March 2, 2026. If the parties have not made substantial progress toward or finalized a settlement agreement by March 2, 2026, the supplemental briefing ordered in the Court&039;s November 20, 2025 Opinion SHALL BE SUBMITTED by March 16, 2026. The case is STAYED pending further order of the Court. Joint Status Report due by 03/02/2026
