<p>Equity — Trusts and trustees — Findings of fact — Review.</p> <p>Findings of fact by the court below adverse to a complainant in a bill in equity for a declaration of trust will not be reversed by the appellate court whore such findings of fact although based upon disputed testimony are not manifestly erroneous.</p>
