Syllabus
<p>1. When the judgment entry recites, that the cause had been “ transferee! from the United States Circuit Court for the Fifth Judicial Circuit and Southern District of Alabama to this court, by the consent of parties, and now on this day came the parties by their attornies, and by the agreement of the parties, the award of the arbitrators made in this case, together with the stipulations and the agreements extending the time for the completion of said arbitrati ra, are filed and made a part of the record in this ease,” it will be intended that such recital is true, and that the court rendering the judgment had rightful jurisdiction of the cause.</p> <p>2. Attornies at law may submit matters in litigation in a cause, in which they are engaged, to arbitration, and consent of record that the award be made the judgment cf the court.</p>
