Payment.</p> <p>Under Code 1906, section 2681, so providing, .payment made will he applied to accrued interest first in the absence of any agreement to the contrary, and the circuit court has jurisdiction of a suit upon a note for two hundred and thirty dollars 'when the accrued interest at the time of a payment of fifty dollars amounts to more than that amount.</p>
