Homeowners appeal grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant roofing company on claim of breach of contract. Genuine issues of fact precluded summary judgment on claim that roofing company breached roofing and siding contract. Neither side supported motion with evidence establishing whether company's work was deficient. Breach of contract claims asserted against roofing company's president and employee were properly dismissed.
