Sufficiency.</p> <p>TJnder the facts as set out in its opinion in this case the court held that the evidence was sufficient to carry the question of defendant’s negligence to the jury.</p> <p>2. Carriage oe Live Stock. Stipulations. Conditions.</p> <p>A provision in the shipping contract under which live stock was transported requiring written notice of a claim for damage within ten days from the time when the stock, was removed from the car is unenforceable, where it did not appear to be supported by any consideration.</p>
